We hand-cut, hand-fry and hand-glaze every donut in small batches — never reheated, never frozen. Our apple fritters get their crunch from a 20-year-old batter recipe, and our croissant sandwiches are baked off at 4 AM so they're warm by the time you walk in.

Stop by for a quick coffee and a Bavarian, or build a dozen for the office. We're a counter-serve shop, which means friendly faces, fast service, and donuts that taste like someone actually cared.
